Editorial Model, created to communicate a New Scientist article: 'Do Naked Mole Rats hold the secret to a youthful appearance'

This model required a lot of sculpting and was my first time creating texture with a sculpting material. I was also working on a very small scale when it came to making the skincare products. This was very challenging, but it was fun to scale objects to the Naked Mole Rat like the LED Face Mask that I reimagined to fit it’s face.
Featuring a mirrored element in the model meant that I had to consider the final photo the whole way through creating this model so that I could achieve my desired composition that showed the Naked Mole Rat participating in a skincare routine
